The I Opt Survey on the next page has 24 sets of multiple choice statements.
They are designed to measure how you use information. Your preferences will
affect your success and personal satisfaction as you navigate your career.
The resulting report can be valuable in helping you to realize your full potential.
Instructions for completing the Survey:
- Be sure to include your first name, last name and group name where indicated.
- Please do not put any punctuation or special characters in the name
fields (commas, hyphens, periods, etc.). Instead, leave a blank space.
- You MUST choose an answer for each of the 24 options. If you skip any
you will get an error message and will have to go back to do it again.
- The survey is not a work style survey; we are looking for general preferences.
Avoid choosing options on how you should or could be.
